We Can Deliver or Serve From Our Event Carts
Our signature carts are a hit at weddings, corporate mixers, winery tastings, or summer cocktails on the deck.
They are compact (2’ x 4’), flexible for any venue, and high-impact. We also will deliver catering charcuterie boards and drinks anywhere in West Kelowna and Kelowna.

The Dirty Soda Cart
A playful, customizable drink experience that guests of all ages love.
- Starting at: $10 per person (includes a large 32 oz cup).
- The Experience: We start with a base of 7-Up or our fresh-made lemonade, add custom syrups, and top it with a plant-based vanilla cream for a “creamsicle” finish.
- Minimum: 30 guests.
- Note: Pricing may vary based on custom flavors, premium toppings, or extended service time.
The Mini Pancake Cart
Fresh, warm, and topped to perfection.
- Starting at: $10 per person.
- Minimum: 30 guests.
- Note: Final pricing is determined by your choice of toppings and the duration of service.
Charcuterie Collections
We specialize in “charcuterie on the go” – beautifully arranged, easy to carry, and featuring locally sourced Okanagan ingredients and are served using eco-friendly paper products. Board sizes will be customized based on your group size and specific food requests.
Charcuterie Cups
- $14/pp (Perfect for “mingling” stand-up events)
- Minimum order: 20 people
Charcuterie Boxes:
- $28/box (Serves 1-2, ideal for winery touring, beach picnics, potluck parties)
- Minimum order: 10 boxes
Shared Boards:
- Starting at $16/pp
- Minimum order: 25 people
Service & Travel Fees
- Service fee: Will be applied depending on menu items ordered, event setup and/or breakdown, staffing, and equipment
- Travel fee: Applies for events outside the Kelowna area
- Extended service fee: An additional hourly rate may apply for events exceeding the agreed service window
Booking & Payment Policy
- Deposit required to secure your event date
- Remaining balance due prior to the event
- All bookings subject to availability
